Wheels endure a lot, from common curb damage to paint cracking due to the constant heating and cooling caused by braking. To restore even heavily damaged wheels, we follow a specific step-by-step process in collaboration with our partner. Our goal is to achieve the utmost outcome, aiming for an appearance that closely resembles the original.

The Lapaire Autospa Approach
Our wheel refurbishment process is meticulous. We start by completely stripping the wheels chemically. Afterward, we carefully inspect for damages and address them if needed. The wheels then undergo precision machining in a CNC machine to restore their original shape. Following this, the wheels are glass-blasted and primed. Through the process of powder coating, we apply the chosen color. For two-tone wheels, an additional round of CNC machining is performed. Finally, we apply a clear coat in our dedicated spray booth. To ensure consistent color, quality, and finish, this meticulous refurbishment is conducted as a set of four wheels. The outcome is a set of wheels that look and feel new, all at a fraction of the cost of new replacements.
