Fiat 500 & Abarth 500

Fiat 500 Legacy

“I hate waste”

The successor to the Fiat 500 'Topolino' (1936-1955) was the Fiat 500 'Cinquecento,' as you see it here. The car was designed during the challenging economic times that prevailed after the war, emphasizing simplicity, thoughtfulness, and efficiency. However, the price at launch was far too high, averaging 13 months' worth of salary.

Fiat 500 in “Rosso Medio” & Abarth 500 in "Rosso Corsa"

Between 1957 and 1975, almost 4 million Fiat 500 Cinquecentos were produced. This 1970 variant was a 'Lusso,' equipped with features like luxurious chrome bumpers, hubcaps, and finer materials in the interior.

It's evident that these Fiats carry a distinct charm, becoming iconic vehicles. Unfortunately, most 500s didn't have a notable end, but fortunately, more and more of them are being restored and revived, including this particular one. In addition to visual restoration, we also replaced the condenser and idle jets, followed by carburetor adjustments, bringing the little engine back to its delightful performance. A full 14 horsepower at the crankshaft.

The larger sibling, the Abarth 500, is also owned by the same individual. The Ferrari logo on the side indicates that this is no ordinary Abarth 500. Ferrari ordered 200 of these cars to be used as loaners at selected dealerships. However, the car was so popular that dealers sold them to their top customers. Later, Fiat created a special Tributo model that closely resembled it, but without the manual transmission and the badge indicating it's one of 200.

Our team of detailers has refreshed this special vehicle as well by performing a paint correction, cleaning the interior, and resetting the Bluetooth module for safe hands-free calling.
